Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is available to most parts of the UK (except The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands, and remote areas). As long as orders are in stock, and you place your order before 3pm from Monday to Thursday (except Bank and Public holidays) then your order is eligible for next day delivery!

However, additional charges are applied for specified delivery times i.e., before 10.30am or Noon and weekend deliveries. are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service.

Are there areas where standard delivery does not apply?

The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Cornwall are excluded from the standard delivery service and additional charges to these areas may apply. Estimations will include delivery to a ground floor location, delivery to other floors may be subject to additional cost depending on site access.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can! Simply inform your account manager when placing your order or let us know 24 hours before collecting.

What are your opening hours?

Are the gaming PCs included in the workstation?

While our furniture is made to facilitate seamless integration of your gaming equipment, we don’t supply PCs along with the workstation.

Is A Key Replacement Service Available?

Yes, we provide key replacement services! You will need to provide either the key number, found on the original invoice, or the TT number found on the lock. After which, we will undergo security checks and verify your official purchase order and, you will have your key replacement ready in no time.

Can I Become A TOP-TEC Reseller?

Do Your Products Conform To The HSE Or CE Standards?

Yes, they do! Our products are tested to meet all the relevant standards and requirements according to the appropriate European Directives.
